Title Litigation

As a complement to our real estate closing practice as well as our litigation practice, Neel, Robinson & Stafford, LLC handles title insurance litigation for several national title insurance companies as well as directly for national and local financial institutions and investors. Our title litigation experience includes asserting affirmative title claims and defending title claims throughout the Superior Courts of Georgia.

Our knowledge of titles, title standards, title clearance, and title insurance, gives us a unique perspective when handling title insurance claims. We have direct knowledge and experience in clearing almost every conceivable title claim, especially those types of claims that have arisen more frequently given the high foreclosure volume in Georgia.
